Our Hip Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
Whoah, if you're reading down this far, it's either because you're unhappy with what we've sent you, or you have way too much time on your hands.
If the former, and you're unhappy with your Skyboy purchase for ANY reason, or if it arrives damaged, dented or dinged, or if you just don't like it, or if you've changed your mind about your purchase, or if you just want to see if I'll honor my commitments...you can return it for a full refund. I ask you no questions and expect from you no answers. And I won't be offended! Not everybody likes everything, and, well, delivery services can be brutal.
Please contact me to let us know you would like to return the items. We will send you a return shipping label by email. You can then print the label, slap it on the packaging and put it in the USPS mail for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item (unless damaged) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within ten days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Well, now, wait a minute. That's the boilerplate text for this section. But gosh, if you're unhappy with what I have provided you, let me know and I can work with you to exchange the items in question for other products. Send us an email at db@skyboyphotos.com or phone at {816) 765-0080 to let us know, and send your item to: Skyboy Photos, 3201 Martha Truman Rd, Kansas City MO 64137, United States. We will issue you a credit to be used toward any future purchase.
